Privacy Policy

• Account data — your name, email address and, where relevant, company name and billing address.
• Authentication data — SSH public keys and API tokens you add to access your Instances. We never ask for or store your private keys.
• Billing data — processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We store invoices and the limited payment metadata needed for accounting; we do not store full card numbers.
• Operational & usage metadata — instance identifiers, GPU-hours and runtime, timestamps, request identifiers, network and console access logs, and IP addresses, used to operate, secure and bill the Service.
• Support communications — messages you send us and the related correspondence.

The data, code, datasets and models you upload to or generate on your rented Instances ("Customer Content") are under your control. Entrim does not access the content of your workloads as stored customer data, does not use it to train models, and does not process it for any purpose other than operating and securing the Service or complying with law. Instance storage is securely wiped when an Instance is released.

We use personal data to:

• provide and operate the Service and your Instances;
• process payments and keep accounting records;
• secure the Service and prevent abuse or fraud;
• provide customer support;
• send service and administrative communications;
• comply with our legal obligations.

We process personal data on the basis of: performance of our contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Service; compliance with legal obligations (such as tax law); and your consent, where specifically requested.

We share personal data only as needed with trusted processors, including our payment provider (Stripe), data-centre and infrastructure providers within the EU, and communication and email providers. We do not sell personal data.

Our compute infrastructure is located within the European Union. Certain service providers may process limited personal data outside the EU; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep operational and usage logs for approximately 90 days and security logs for approximately 30 days. Billing and accounting records are retained for as long as required by applicable tax law (up to 10 years under Slovenian law). Account data is retained while your account remains active.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, contact info@entrim.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec) or your local supervisory authority.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit and secure wiping of Instance storage. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Our website and console use essential cookies needed to sign you in and keep the Service working, and may use limited analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Where changes are material, we will communicate them through the Service or by email.
